Electronic invoicing market is one of the fastest growing IT sub sectors in the European level. Now we are strengthening the supplier enrolment services team and are looking for a Scandinavian professional who enjoys working with customer projects mostly in Nordic but also in the European level.
Sales consultant / technical sales consultant, Espoo / Stockholm
The person will be responsible for activating the e-invoicing services for our existing customers. Tasks will include finding out the customers and their suppliers capabilities concerning e-invoicing over multiple channels (email, telephone) for activating the e-invoicing between them. In addition to that the job content includes sales support and other consulting tasks. The position may in the future also involve designated customer responsibilities.
You are experienced or have an interest in learning the invoice transactions flow with the relevant technical requirement and can communicate it with customers for finding a solution to their needs. Knowledge on ERP systems/invoicing/electronic invoicing is beneficial but it is of most important to us for you have a strong will to learn new issues in the electronic invoicing service business.
We also expect you to have a responsible attitude towards your work. You seek and achieve solutions to customer problems and have good co-operational skills. You have the appropriate education for the task, and communicate in Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages are an advantage.
You may be a distinguished expert or in early stages of your career: the most important thing is that you want to excel in the fast growing business of electronic invoicing.
Requirements
- Customer communication skills
- Good problem solving ability
- Fluent Swedish and English language skills, other Nordic languages are a plus
- Basic programming skills and understanding on the XML language
- General understanding of the ERP systems and ICT projects, Microsoft technologies
- Basic understanding on the financial processes and interest to learn electronic invoicing business
- Experience: min. 1 years (in financial dept/tasks/) in the field of application, ICT project experience
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc or corresponding
