Basware has set a 15- 20 % annual growth target of net sales, to be achieved by 2010. The growth may be supported by acquisitions extending the sales channel or product portfolio.
Basware acquired Digital Vision Technologies in September 2007:

- Digital Vision's organization was combined with Basware UK Ltd increasing the amount of personnel by 52 employees
Basware acquired Analyste in January 2006:
- 107 employees, net sales EUR 9.8 million in 2005, EBIT margin 29% (IFRS)
- Acquisition price approx. EUR 28 million (incl. liquid assets of EUR 8.4 million)
- Expands the product portfolio to e.g. payment and cash planning solutions
- Strengthens Basware’s market position in Finland, especially among mid-sized companies and municipalities
- Started as a subsidiary, to be merged to the parent company Basware Corp. by August 2006
