The Basware Executive Team (group's management team) assists the CEO in the operative management of the Company, prepares matters handled by the Board and the CEO as well as plans and monitors business unit operations. The Executive Team convenes once a month. The CEO acts as chairman of the Executive Team.
The members of the Executive Team in 2008 are Ilkka Sihvo (CEO, Chairman), Mika Harjuaho, Olli Hyppänen, Ulla Martola, Jari Tavi, Esa Tihilä, Odd Roar Trapnes and Jukka Virkkunen.
